  • Heel Strike to foot flat
  • Knee flexes 20 -25 degrees
  • Eccentric quadriceps contraction is most effective shock absorbing system
  • The stiff knee will significantly increase stress on the gluteus medius muscle


The next assignment is using the same clip from before, use the frame by frame feature,  and move the footage to the Load Response phase. Measure the knee flexion and document on the assessment form. Then take a screenshot of the iPad screen and upload it to us.
